We are Tea Tasting Statisticians. We were inspired by the ‘Tea Tasting Lady’ story. Lady Muriel claimed she could tell whether tea or milk was poured first in a cup. A statistician named Fisher devised an experiment with eight cups, randomly arranged with four of each variety, to test her claim. This experiment became a foundation for discussing probability and chance in statistical analysis. Tea Tasting Gentleman is a biostatistician and Ph.D. candidate majoring in clinical epidemiology.
